I was satisfied with the shipping, packaging, and condition of the owners manual. The item was as described, and even though the manual can be obtained online, I think that it's more convenient to have a paper or printed copy of the manual and may add a bit to the value of a piece of equipment that has a printed owners manual. There was no communication with the seller, but there didn't seem to be a need for communication, do that was OK. The cost of the manual seemed to be reasonable to me.

When i recieved the manual there was definitely an issue with it, a lot of the words weren’t readable. Contacted the seller, with pics, and was informed it was a pdf error with printing and assured me that he would personally resolve the issue and immediately mail out a new one. He was very apologetic, excellent customer service and I had a new manual within a week. I would definitely buy from his site again. Mistakes happen and he rectified it immediately.
