  1. The item was new however the item was not what I ordered. I needed part # 4112 American standard tank Lid. The tank lid was a different part number and brand. The box it was shipped In did say part#4112. Even though I had NO communication with the seller the did refund promptly. I do Not fault the seller for sending the incorrect part number as the box clearly states part 4112. The box has been opened ( tape cut) a couple times before so it’s possible some one switched the parts out.
