I gave them five stars because the item was as described, but it sure took a long time to ship. If the company is THAT large, hire one person to print labels and package your items, hire another to run them to the post office. Otherwise, go yourself. Typically, people don't wait a week or more to ship ANYTHING online, they mail it asap. Their customer service was neutral, not overly friendly but not rude. All in all, positive.
