This mug arrived broken. You might rethink how you pack 2 breakable items in one small box. The one on the bottom did not fare well. I underpaid for the item and overpaid the shipping. Sorry , I should have taken taken care of this in a more timely manner.
The item arrived badly broken. The seller issued a refund. I think that items with handles should be packed with more bubble wrap and, if need be, double boxed.
Very cute teapot. Arrived on time and seller did wrap item well. Price of teapot and shipping was very reasonable. It looked like the seller described.
